Shipping & Return & Cancellation Policy

All orders above $150.00 or more qualifiy for Free Shipping, unless otherwise stated in the Detailed Description.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 3 Business Days after your order payment has been processed and cleared; unless otherwise noted in the Detailed Description of the specific item purchased. Once shipped, please allow an additional 3 - 5 Business Days to arrive depending on the carrier.

Orders are processed Mon - Fri during normal Business hours, with the exception of Holidays!

You may contact us regarding damaged or defective merchandise due to manufacturing defect or error within 15 days of the delivery date for a replacement or exchange. (At the discretion of the manufacturer)

ALL returns must be first approved with a RMA provided, please contact us for instructions on the refund process. NO returns will be accepted after 30 business days of purchase or after an item has been used or installed.

Any items returned without a RMA will not be refunded.

ALL returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. All return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Original shipping will not be refunded. Items that qualified for "FREE" shipping will have the actual cost of the shipping deducted from the refund amount.

Pre-shipment cancellations are subject to a minimum of 5% and up to 20% deduction of the refund amount. Pre-shipment cancellations include orders that are subsequently cancelled and/or refunded before the order has been shipped.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost and arrangments to ship parts (their core) that are offered for the provided Rebuild / Remanufactured Services. Pre-shipment cancellations are subject to the 5 - 20% deduction includes the orders that are subsequently cancelled and/or refunded without the buyer sending in the core for the Rebuild / Remanufactured Services that was purchased.

Items that will NOT be accepted for returns are Manuals, Electronic items, Open Carburetor Kits or any other part that has been installed, used, modified or damaged. Any item returned that has been installed, used, modified or otherwise damaged will NOT be refunded.
